Meet our Coaches:

Amy Harper - Head Coach

Favorite Part of Coaching: My favorite part of coaching comes from watching the girls I have the priviledge of meeting and coaching in softball and life skills develop into wonderful young ladies with a passion for the game.

Favorite Part of Softball: My favorite part of softball is that every day is different.  No 2 teams are the same and anything can happen if you play with 100% effort at every opportunity.

Thing you are Most Excited About in the Indiana Magic Organization: I am most excited to see the growth in our organization.   I love that we are continually growing and challenging our girls to become better.

Thad Ramer - Assistant Coach

Favorite Part of Coaching: :  I starting coaching for Magic at the 8U level.  The best part has been seeing a few girls develop into solid softball players from 8U into 14U/16U and into high school who have remained with Magic.  But, also more importantly helping them become better young women.

Favorite Part of Softball: Learning the game.  Being a baseball guy learning the game of softball has been a challenge over the years as the game is so much different and faster than baseball.   Also, seeing the joy and passion that these girls play with is refreshing they truly love playing the game and competing with their teammates.

Thing you are Most Excited About in the Indiana Magic Organization: The fact we are growing and have multiple teams at nearly every age level.  When I first started there was only 1 team at  each age level which caused us to lose solid softball players to other organizations.
